Necessary ingredients are 2 dry jumbo dill pickles at room temperature, cotton candy of ½ ounces, and sturdy strong wood skewers or sometimes candy apple sticks.

You can prepare it in three easy steps. The steps are given below:

Step 1: Skewer the dry pickles

Use clean kitchen paper or tea towels to dry the pickles well. You need a full stain here without a wedge so that the wet sides are not exposed. Choose the size you want. Small pickles are good for large bite-sized desserts.

Squeeze the skewer or chopsticks on the end of each pickle to keep the cucumber in place when you hold it. The pickle juice will start to flow around the skewer, so dry that part too.

Step 2: Wrapping of the pickles with cotton candy

Remove the cotton candy and gently open or pull it to get a smooth sheet. Place the pickles on the cotton candy and roll them to cover the entire surface of it. Squeeze the cotton candy to close the gaps and seams and flatten the outside of the cotton candy to keep the pickles from appearing. Repeat the whole process with the second pickle.

On the other hand, we know about the good effect of cucumber. Including cucumber in your diet as a healthy snack can help you lose pounds because it contains fewer calories. A cup of cucumber, normal or low-sodium has only 17 calories. Even if you are on a very limited diet of 1200 calories a day, that is less than 2% of your daily caloric intake.

So, it has benefits with pickles and unhealthy matters with cotton candy. But, pickle-flavored cotton candy is a good treat. We should avoid eating this at night. Medical science says that cucumber is not good at night. Sometimes it causes gastric problems. So, too much eating of this item is not good also.
