Yoo-hoo is a chocolate beverage. It was first developed by Natale Olivieri in Garfield, New Jersey in 1928. Keurig Dr. Pepper manufactured this and later in 2019, this drink is manufactured of water, high-fructose corn syrup, and whey. 

Yoo-hoo is good as a beverage and reminded us of a colorful childhood full of energy and fun. It is good in taste, easy to sip and perfect for all.

History of Yoo-hoo

In 1920, Natale Olivieri first started manufacturing carbonated drinks of fruit in the bottle. Later he tried to preserve chocolate drinks through the bottle. 

But the work did not fruitful. Because the drinks were spoiled very soon. His wife used to bottle fruits and vegetables through heat processing. Then he told his wife to do the same processing with the chocolate drinks. 

Then in 1928, at 133 Farnham Avenue, Garfield, New Jersey, he started bottling the chocolate drink in pasteurized form. In 1960, an advertisement campaign started and tried to concern an old age group of people for the chocolate drink. 

After that Yogi Berra drinks the Yoo-hoo in a business suit and told with a smile that “It’s Me-He for Yoo-Hoo!” 

In 1950, the right of it was purchased by BBC industries. It was sold again by a group of private investors in 1981. Later the ownership was gained by Pernod Ricard.  

Cadbury Schweppes purchased it in 2001. Dr. Pepper Snapple Group finally took the company in 2010.

Ingredients of Yoo-hoo

Yoo-hoo is called chocolate drinks. So, most of the common people like us want to know that what is actually in the bottle of it and what are the main ingredients of Yoo-hoo. Chocolate drinks are normally so popular in every age of life.
