Difference and similarities between Mocha, Chocolate, and latte

Latte is an Italian-origin beverage. In French, it’s called grand creme. But later in English, the term caffe latte is milk and warm steamed espresso shot.  In Northern Europe and Scandinavia, the term Cafe au lait is espresso and milk.

Hot chocolate is a chocolate hot-based beverage. It mainly contains shaved chocolate, melted chocolate or cocoa powder, and milk, cream, or water, and for sweetening the drink more they use whipping cream or marshmallows.

Being new in the world of coffee you might get confused about what is the difference and similarities in flavors of coffees. They have similar supplements in them. The answer is really simple.

In a latte, you are going to have 2 ounces of espresso, and the rest of it is just steamed milk. After that, you are going to have nice silky foam on top of the latte. It’s a pretty big drink compared to mocha.
